Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TMRW Timesheet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an internal time-tracking and project management tool provided by TMRW for use by its employees, contractors, and authorised partners. Features include timesheet entry, project tracking, reporting, invoice generation, and optional Google Calendar integration.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account authorised by your organisation.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Account access may be disabled at any time by your organisation administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of time tracking and project management.
  • Submit accurate and truthful timesheet entries.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.

5. Google Calendar Integration

The App offers an optional feature to import events from your Google Calendar to pre-fill timesheet entries. By using this feature, you:

  • Grant the App read-only access to your Google Calendar data.
  • Acknowledge that calendar data is fetched on demand and not stored permanently.
  • May revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are the property of TMRW. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TMRW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

Your access to the App may be suspended or terminated at any time by your organisation administrator, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
